With over 75 years’ collective experience in delivering culture change and change management programmes across the UK and Europe, during what we call ‘the analogue days’ (e.g. cross-company staff and management interviews, internal/external research, producing reports, undertaking senior management workshops x3, then top-down workshops, service strategy training and so on), we decided that there had to be a more efficient and effective way of measuring the impact of culture and behaviour within service-led organisations. Clients were demanding this too, especially as the ‘accepted process’ was being challenged by modern management and technology advances. Enter New Eden and ‘the digital days’ with the creation of the ‘3BQs’.
Our methodology is based on ‘3 ways’ of measuring culture, going beyond ‘people analytics’ and ‘well-being’ surveys. New Eden’s 3BQs and Human Factor Cyber Profiling creates data and intelligence that
can be turned into ‘applied strategy’ with automatic ‘actionable insights’ and insurance underwriting risk scores.
We do this by including everyone in your organisation from the outset, to determine the level of culture convergence (or divergence!). The 3 questionnaires are designed to be completed in 15 minutes if taken altogether. Alternatively, staff or management can take each questionnaire one at a time and return to subsequent ones as time allows, as long as it’s within the usual 5-day completion limit.
Our proprietary 3BQs Analytics (Behavioural Balance Questionnaires) reveal the cultural DNA of your organisation in just 15 minutes per person, via our secure digital portal and cover:
Culture Insights That Reduce Risk and Hidden Costs
On the New Eden analytics and resources dashboard, results are produced instantly, in real time, and a picture of your company is built graphically, using polar charts, pie charts, grids and tables, plus an executive summary of the ‘Actionable Insights’. This is then delivered to your senior management team in the first instance via a 60-minute Feedback Session - face-to-face or by video conference, whichever is preferred. Once measured, your cultural data becomes a living resource for your business, and one action we always recommend is to then provide feedback to everyone in your organisation as to the findings and what changes may occur as a result, going forward.
But what does New Eden’s 3BQs cost to participate, as well as the 15 minutes per person in the organisation? Well, it depends on the size of organisation you are (number of partners, directors, staff, part-time, full-time etc and annual turnover), and whether you are choosing our standalone Cultural Analytics Process, or combining it with your Professional Indemnity/Cyber Insurance requirements.
With the former, there is a straightforward consultancy fee (+VAT and Expenses where agreed) based on headcount and turnover. The second scenario is worked out taking into account any commission or insurance fee we may receive in procuring you competitive premiums. So, to give you an idea, the following 2 tables outline the ranges per size and turnover of professional service:
Standalone, Cultural Analytics Consultancy, to include All-Company Participation, Intro-Email Templates, 60-Minute Feedback Session and Executive Data Summary.

As mentioned already, we also offer specialist assessments and individual profiling of your cyber-culture
(scroll down to the ‘Patented. Proven. Protection video) with the only Human Factor Cyber Risk Profiling model in the UK that can reduce your exposure to phishing/vishing to 0.02%**. This cyber security profiling exercise, measuring ‘social engineering styles’, takes approximately 15-20 minutes and is followed by a further 30 minutes of cyber awareness and education training, with an assessment of the learning and understanding, plus certification.
The cost of this service is more straightforward, as we have an exclusive distribution agreement with our partners, cyberconIQ in Pennsylvania, USA, and the base price is £37.50+VAT (=£45) per delegate***, including a similar, 30-45 minute Cyber Profiling Data Feedback Session, face-to-face or by video conference, plus an Executive Summary.
However, we do offer pro-rata discounts once the headcount exceeds 50 and 100 participants.

*Since each client will have unique requirements, and sometimes size/turnover figures that fall outside those described above, a POA will always be discussed, agreed and provided along with our usual Terms of Business. ** Along with New Eden’s pioneering Cultural Analytics, the ‘3BQs’, we can also drill down into an organisation’s Cyber Security Culture, assessing its ‘human factor risk management’ approach, producing unique cyber behaviour profiles and personalised cyber awareness training. This approach is enhanced with behavioural science measurement and can reduce social engineering breaches (e.g. phishing, smishing, vishing, spoofing) down to 0.02% within 3-6 months.
The MyQ/phishFixIQ Integrated human risk management platform is the ONLY patented^ security solution in the world to incorporate trait-based personality theory as the basis for understanding the online behaviour of humans. New Eden is the exclusive partner of cyberconIQ’s unique services in the UK.
Cultivation of a Robust Cyber Security-First Culture
Culture is often an intangible concept, but its effects are very tangible. A robust security culture means that every employee, regardless of their role, views security as a personal responsibility. Human risk reduction platforms play a pivotal role in fostering this mindset. By offering insights into potential threats and providing actionable steps for self-protection, these platforms empower employees. An empowered and informed workforce not only reduces the frequency of cybersecurity breaches, but is also more engaged, proactive, and committed to safeguarding organisational assets.
